Course outcomes:

Because language is used to learn content, however, outcomes can be expressed in terms of both language and culture. The Ashland University Proficiency Guidelines/Civilization provide the target outcomes. Students will also demonstrate information literacy in the discipline in the search for, acquisition of, and evaluation of relevant and reliable knowledge sources.

Student Learning Objectives:
Target objectives: The A.U. Target Proficiency Guidelines for Civilization and Language follow at the end of this document.  Note that the guidelines represent skills and knowledge that students should be able to demonstrate after four years of study.
