Market Research

Effective market research is critical in designing, manufacturing, and the sale of successful products. It identifies the needs and wants of target markets, ensuring those products will sell because they meet the needs of the consumer. Conjoint analysis is a marketing research tool, which enhances customer satisfaction.  Applying conjoint analysis, the organization will learn; what product attributes is important or unimportant to the consumer.  What levels of product attributes is the most or least desirable one in the consumer's mind.  What is the market share of preference of leading competitors’ products versus our existing product offering?  The answers to these questions are crucial in introducing your product to the marketplace. SWP Management Consulting, LLC conducts the conjoint analysis in determining your customer’s preferences.

Strategic Business Planning

Strategic business planning is an on-going process of ensuring a competitively superior fit between an organization and its changing environment.  Strategic planning serves as the cutting edge for the entire management process. Business organizations that are guided by a coherent strategic framework tend to execute even the smallest details of their mission in a coordinated fashion.  Without the guidance of a strategic business plan, organization members tend to become disoriented in nature and long-term business objectives are not accomplished.  SWP Management Consulting, LLC introduces an applied strategic planning process, which is an in-depth analysis of your organization.  The applied strategic planning process consists of identifying important attributes for your organization such as; Mission formulation, Strategic Business Modeling, Performance Audit, Gap Analysis, and Integrating Action Plans.

Determining the Value of a Business

Every week, thousands of business owners across the county sell their companies to eager buyers.  At the heart of the American dream is owning your own business and building financial security for your children and grandchildren.  Yet when these businesses are sold, it is almost certain that either the buyer or seller is at a disadvantage: they don't know what the business is really worth.  SWP Management Consulting, LLC will determine the value of a business that a buyer or seller will pay for a company.  A complete analysis is conducted in determining the appraised value of the business by applying accepted accounting evaluation methods.

Organizational Development Programs

SWP Management Consulting, LLC designs customized training programs for clients in service and manufacturing organizations.  The Leadership Program describes the different levels of participative management and the utilization of teams in decision making. Supervisors, managers, and executives must implement effective decisions in today's competitive environment. A customized computer printout is generated for each participant in analyzing his or her leadership style.  The Interaction Management Program consists of executives, managers, or supervisors handling critical situations at the workplace in improving work performance or work habits within their organization. Participants will implement these techniques through the application of active role playing. The Total Quality Management Program emphasizes the philosophy of continuous process improvement through participative management. Quality improvement tools and techniques are utilized in this effective program.
